L'Oreal Paris Mega Volume :Miss Manga Mascara

Hey everybody, today I’m excited to talk about this little baby! It’s the “L’Oreal Paris Mega Volume Miss Manga” Mascara; hopefully I do not need to really talk about what mascara does but I will definitely be mentioning if THIS mascara does what-a-mascara-gotta-do.

The claim/description of the product:

Mega Volume Miss Manga Mascara creates mega volume on top and bottom so eyes look more open. Our exclusive formula, made up of enlarging collagen spheres works perfectly in conjunction with the 360° flexible cone shaped brush to amplify upper lashes and reveal lower lashes.The exclusive formula also contains a trilogy of polymers for absolute hold and staying power.

This mascara is in my opinion suitable for everybody, especially for people who want a more awaken eye look in a very dull winter morning, this will make you look like you had a pump of adrenaline and your ready-set-go for the rest of the day.This is currently only £5.99 at superdrugs.co.uk however this is  the introductory price and will soon become £8.99 (you probably aware of the high retail price of L’Oreal products).You can obviously purchase this when you pop into a drugstore or just order it online with a small postage fee £3 if you make purchases under £10, if more than £10 it is free!.

Pros:

•        Definitely separates the eyelashes completely
•        Provides great lengthening and intense eyelashes
•        Makes you look fresh and awake
•        Elegant packaging, a eye candy.

Cons:

• Probably could have been in a range of shades, I have noir/black I think they have other 2 shades... turquoise and tropical violet. 
• The £8.99 actual price may be a put off and I might not repurchase because its quite expensive and I can do without it, don’t get me wrong it’s an incredible mascara.
•  My aunt was going to purchase it with me but for some reason she didn’t like the brush style so... maybe check that out too, but I found it nice and easy to use.
•  The shape of the mascara handle is quite “dimensiony”(made this word up!) it is quite uncomfortable to grip onto.
•  Not really a volumising mascara more of a lengthening mascara

What other people go to say about this mascara:

“When I opened the mascara, I was really uninspired by the brush, which looks uneven and quite messy. I prefer brushes which look neat and only lightly coated with mascara. However when I used the product, I completely changed my mind. This mascara makes my lashes look evenly separated and much longer, in just one coat! It doesn't clump at all, lasts all day and is easy to remove which my last Maybelline mascara's haven't been. At the price, I'd say this was a fantastic buy as it's one of the best mascaras I've tried (and I've tried a lot!!) and I'd really recommend it!”

I love the tapered brush on this mascara and the tapered part is why you can get to those tiny bottom lashes, thus giving the wide eyed "Manga" look..Using just one coat however meant it wasn't such a problem. The lasting power is great - no flaking, no running or smudging, & easy enough to take off. I’m surprised at it being called "Mega volume" because I feel it's more a lengthening mascara than a volumising one.

I don't know why some people have been complaining about the brush,I actually think its just a standard brush that gets all the eyelashes,nothing too funky,like some brushes have a curved shape to give the eyelashes a curve.
